K. Lin is a Comparative Literature student at King’s College London with an international background across Beijing, Washington D.C., and London. Her interests span contemporary literature, translation, and cross-cultural studies. She has previously specialised in creative writing at the California State Summer School for the Arts, where she was named a California Arts Scholar, and her fiction work was recognised as one of the top 60 entries by the BBC Young Writers’ Award in 2023. She is also the founder and president of King’s College London Vocaloid Society, a student community centred on voice-synthesis technology and digital fan culture (kcl-vocaloid.github.io).
